Ingredients
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning (1 ounce)
- 1 packet Ranch seasoning (1 ounce)
- 10 ounce can Ro-Tel, drained
- 8 ounce block cheddar cheese, grated (see note)
Instructions
- Add the sour cream, taco seasoning and Ranch seasoning to a bowl. Whisk together well to combine.
- Add the drained Ro-tel and cheese and stir to combine.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least an hour to let the flavors combine. Stir again before serving.

How To Store: Store dip covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Make sure to stir before serving.
We prefer grating the cheese on our own because it tastes better than the kind that’s already shredded in a bag. There is a lot of cheese in this dip recipe so it does make a difference in flavor!
